Head to SHOCKTOBERFEST & TRUCK N BREW, in Sinking Spring, for Food Truck treats and sweets, and a “freakified” night of wild entertainment to witness the Genesius Theatre Production of Richard O’Brien’s cult classic – The Rocky Horror Show – October 16, 17, 18, for four performances only, safely presented outdoors under THE BIG TOP, at Pennsylvania’s Premier Haunt Attraction!
With the deliciously creepy backdrop of Pat Konopelski’s, SHOCKTOBERFEST, this is the perfect setting to present this whacky Broadway musical based on the ‘uber popular audience participation film “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”! The musical version has audience participation as well! Genesius’ production of this time-honored musical is a must-see for “virgins” and fans alike. In regard to audience participation, the audience is welcome to purchase “Survival Bags” which have props they can use to participate during the show. The $10.00 bags can be purchased at the door or purchased online and picked up at the door. Limited quantities per performance, the bags are first come, first serve. Genesius is not allowing audience members to bring their own props to the show.
Genesius has assembled yet another awesome cast of local talents, starting with veteran actor, Michael Roman, as the sweet transvestite from Transsexual, Transylvania, Frank N. Furter. The show also features newcomers Zach Haines as Brad, and Collin T. Bollinger as Riff Raff… add to that Genesius regulars, Becka Malanios as Magenta, Dara Himes as Janet, Jon Browning as Eddie/Dr. Scott, Christina Haws as Columbia, Jahlil Little as Rocky and Christopher Sperat as the Narrator… along with an ensemble of Rocky Horror Phantoms, this group will truly ROCK THE SHOCK!!!

Friday, October 16 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, October 17 – 5:30 & 8:00 PM
Sunday, October 18 – 5:30 PM
NO OUTSIDE PROPS ARE ALLOWED AT THE GENESIUS PRODUCTION OF THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW. The audience is welcome to purchase Genesius’ pre-made “Survival Bags” which have props they can use to participate during the show. The $10.00 bags can be purchased at the door or purchased online and picked up at the door. Limited quantities per performance, the bags are first come, first served.
TICKETS: $25.00 (credit card fees apply) and $10.00 per SURVIVAL BAG. General admission seating at picnic tables or the audience can bring a portable chair. Seating is first come, first served.
FOOD TRUCKS at SHOCKTOBERFEST – TRUCK N BREW – Doors open 45 minutes before show time, but the audience is welcome to come out earlier and enjoy all the dinner and dessert treats available at Truck N Brew, and also enjoy other attractions at Shocktoberfest. (Separate tickets required for Shocktoberfest. Food and Bar are also separate.
WEATHER: Genesius reminds you to dress for the weather. The event is under a tent, but it will get colder as evening sets in.
SHOW LOCATION: On the grounds of SHOCKTOBERFEST at Willow Glen Park, 94 Park Avenue, Sinking Spring. PA, 19608 under the Big White Tent.
COVID-19 – SAFE PRACTICES: Genesius asks that everyone wears a mask until they sit down, and too also maintain social distancing practices.
RATING: THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW is rated PG-17 for Strong Language, Adult Situations, Sexuality.
